This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS application “J Plan” (the “App”) handles user information. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

The App has no account system and no mechanism for sending data to a developer-operated server. Specifically, the App does not collect any of the following:

All content you enter or create in the App is stored in your device’s local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer, to third parties, or to any external server.
若你在 iOS 系統設定中啟用了 iCloud 備份，你的裝置備份（可能包含本 App 的資料）會依 Apple 的政策儲存於你個人的 iCloud 帳戶中。該備份由 Apple 管理，受 Apple 隱私權政策約束，開發者同樣無法存取。
If you have enabled iCloud Backup in your iOS settings, your device backup (which may include the App’s data) is stored in your personal iCloud account in accordance with Apple’s policies. That backup is managed by Apple and governed by the Apple Privacy Policy; it is likewise inaccessible to the developer.
本 App 未整合任何第三方分析、廣告、行銷或追蹤 SDK，也不會與任何第三方分享、出售或出租使用者資料——因為本 App 一開始就沒有收集任何資料。
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, marketing, or tracking SDKs, and does not share, sell, or rent user data to any third party — because no data is collected in the first place.
本 App 不會跨其他公司的 App 或網站追蹤你的行為，也不會請求 Apple 的 App 追蹤透明度（App Tracking Transparency）權限。
The App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
本 App 不會刻意向兒童收集個人資料。由於本 App 完全不收集任何個人資料，因此也不會收集任何年齡層使用者的資料，包括未滿 13 歲（或你所在地區法定年齡）的兒童。
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal data at all, it collects none from users of any age, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
由於開發者未持有你的任何個人資料，因此沒有可供查詢、更正、匯出或刪除的伺服器端資料。你可以隨時完整刪除本 App 的所有資料：從裝置上移除本 App 即可一併刪除其本機儲存的內容。
Because the developer holds none of your personal data, there is no server-side data to access, correct, export, or delete. You can remove all of the App’s data at any time: deleting the App from your device also deletes its locally stored content.
在適用的情況下（例如 GDPR、CCPA 等法規），上述設計即代表本 App 不進行任何個人資料的處理、剖析或跨境傳輸。
Where applicable (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), this design means the App performs no processing, profiling, or cross-border transfer of personal data.
