In short, J Plan does not transmit any of your data to the developer or to any third party. With your explicit permission, the App accesses Calendar and Reminders locally on your device in order to display and manage your schedule. This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS application “J Plan” (the “App”) accesses and processes user information. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the contents of this policy.

The App has no account system and no mechanism for transmitting data to a developer-operated server. The developer does not obtain, store, or analyse any of your data. Specifically, the App does not collect any of the following:

The App’s core functionality does, however, require local access to Calendar and Reminders on your device. The scope, purpose, and limits of that access are described in section 3 below.

J Plan’s features require access to the schedule data already present on your device. Once you have given your explicit consent in the iOS permission dialog, the App accesses the following:

All such access and processing is performed locally on your device through frameworks provided by Apple. This content is not transmitted to any developer-operated server or to any third party, and the developer cannot read your calendar events or reminders.

Regarding permanent deletion: when you delete a reminder within J Plan, that item is also removed from the iOS Reminders app. This action cannot be undone from within the App, so please confirm before proceeding.

You may review or revoke the App’s Calendar and Reminders permissions at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security in iOS. Following revocation, the related features will cease to operate, but your existing calendar events and reminders remain unaffected.

Any content you enter or create in the App is stored in your device’s local storage. Such data does not leave your device and is not accessible to the developer, to any third party, or to any external server.

Your calendar events and reminders are not retained by the App. They are managed by iOS, stored in the system’s own databases, and synchronised in accordance with your personal iCloud settings. The App does not create or retain any separate copy of them.

If you have enabled iCloud Backup in your iOS settings, your device backup (which may include the App’s data) is stored in your personal iCloud account in accordance with Apple’s policies. That backup is managed by Apple and governed by the Apple Privacy Policy, and is likewise inaccessible to the developer.

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, marketing, or tracking SDKs, and does not share, sell, or rent user data to any third party.

The App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App transmits no data to any developer-operated server or third party, it obtains no data from users of any age, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).

Because the developer holds none of your personal data, there is no server-side data available to access, correct, export, or delete.

You may remove the App from your device at any time, and its locally stored content is deleted along with it. Please note that removing the App does not delete your calendar events or reminders: that content is held by the iOS system applications and does not belong to the App.

Where applicable (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), the App does not transmit your personal data to the developer or to any third party, and carries out no profiling, automated decision-making, or cross-border transfer. With your permission, however, the App does process Calendar and Reminders data locally on your device in order to provide the functionality described in section 3 of this policy.
