This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS application “J Plan” (the “App”) handles user information. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the contents of this policy.

The App has no account system and no mechanism for transmitting data to a developer-operated server. Specifically, the App does not collect any of the following:
您在本 App 中輸入或建立的所有內容，均儲存於您裝置的本機儲存空間內。該等資料不會離開您的裝置，開發者、第三方或任何外部伺服器皆無法存取。
All content you enter or create in the App is stored in your device’s local storage. Such data does not leave your device and is not accessible to the developer, to any third party, or to any external server.

If you have enabled iCloud Backup in your iOS settings, your device backup (which may include the App’s data) is stored in your personal iCloud account in accordance with Apple’s policies. That backup is managed by Apple and governed by the Apple Privacy Policy, and is likewise inaccessible to the developer.
本 App 未整合任何第三方分析、廣告、行銷或追蹤 SDK，亦不會與任何第三方分享、出售或出租使用者資料。
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, marketing, or tracking SDKs, and does not share, sell, or rent user data to any third party.
本 App 不會跨其他公司之 App 或網站追蹤您的行為，亦不會請求 Apple 的 App 追蹤透明度（App Tracking Transparency）權限。
The App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
本 App 不會刻意向兒童收集個人資料。由於本 App 完全不收集任何個人資料，因此亦不會收集任何年齡層使用者之資料，包括未滿 13 歲（或您所在地區之法定年齡）的兒童。
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal data whatsoever, it collects none from users of any age, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
由於開發者未持有您的任何個人資料，因此並無可供查詢、更正、匯出或刪除的伺服器端資料。您可隨時完整刪除本 App 的所有資料：將本 App 自裝置上移除，即會一併刪除其本機儲存之內容。
Because the developer holds none of your personal data, there is no server-side data available to access, correct, export, or delete. You may remove all of the App’s data at any time: deleting the App from your device also deletes its locally stored content.

Where applicable (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), this design means that the App carries out no processing, profiling, or cross-border transfer of personal data.
